• No Parties or Events: To preserve the tranquility and integrity of the property, parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.

• No Animals Allowed: Pets cannot be accommodated within the premises.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to confirm your booking. It will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartments.

• Strictly Non-Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in any enclosed areas of the property.

• Maximum Occupancy: Each apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 to 6 guests, depending on the unit. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.

• Quiet Hours: Guests are asked to respect quiet hours in the evening to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

• Damage & Loss: Any damage, loss, or misuse of property during the stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.

• Check-in / Check-out: Standard arrival and departure times apply unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• Use of Facilities: The pool, terraces, and shared spaces must be used responsibly and in accordance with property guidelines.

• Identification: Valid government-issued identification may be requested prior to confirming the reservation.
